AICH will follow up by email or another suitable communication channel based on your project. If further discussion is needed, an online meeting will be arranged according to the project’s needs, both parties’ languages and available communication arrangements.

Scope of initial project discussions

Initial discussions are intended to understand the project background, confirm core needs and assess possible directions for cooperation. They are not formal consulting services.

Initial discussions do not include a full operational assessment, review of standard operating procedures, complete solutions, system design, a formal improvement plan or a professional consulting report.

If further professional analysis is needed, AICH will separately confirm the service scope and cooperation arrangements according to actual needs.

AICH does not apply a fixed package to every project. The appropriate scope is determined by the project’s stage, actual needs and mutually agreed objectives.

AICH provides professional consulting, system development, training and operational improvement services. Business results also depend on market conditions, investment resources, team capabilities, management execution and other operational factors. AICH therefore makes no guarantee of occupancy, revenue, profit or commercial success.
