Who collects your information and how to contact us

Personal information on this website is collected by Hsiang-Jou (Angel) Chen, an individual consultant operating under the AICH brand. She handles communications and project information in Taiwan.

Purposes and categories of information collected

The name, role, company or organization, country or city, email address, project type, stage, scale and description of your needs that you voluntarily provide through the inquiry form or by email are used to respond to your inquiry, conduct an initial project review and follow up on business matters related to that inquiry.

Your checked consent and the version of this notice are recorded with the submission as a record of the basis for processing this inquiry.

Provide only information necessary for the business inquiry. Do not provide medical records, personal health data, identity documents, financial account details, information about individual mothers or babies, or another person's personal data without appropriate authorization.

Inquiry information is not sold, and submitting the form does not add you to an advertising mailing list. Any use beyond the purposes stated in this notice requires the necessary consent or another lawful basis under applicable law.

Retention and deletion

For inquiries that do not result in an engagement, information is used only for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, conduct an initial project review and communicate about the project. When those communications end, the collection purpose no longer exists or further use is unnecessary, use will stop and the information will be deleted. Information that must be retained under applicable law or for necessary business duties is kept only to the extent and for the period required.

If a formal engagement follows, information needed to perform the contract, meet legal obligations or establish legal rights is handled under the engagement terms and applicable law. Consent for this inquiry does not authorize indefinite retention or unrestricted use.

Processing locations, recipients and methods

Hsiang-Jou (Angel) Chen processes information electronically in Taiwan to read, organize, assess and respond to inquiries and conduct related business communications. Where necessary, service providers for website hosting, form transmission or storage, and email process information to the extent needed to provide those services.

This form uses Formspree to transmit and store inquiry information and notify AICH. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Formspree and its service providers operate, involving cross-border transfers. See the Formspree Privacy Policy.

When you email us directly, email service providers may process or back up messages in the locations where their services and data centers operate. If you prefer to contact us without using the form service, email info@aichcare.com . Email communications also involve necessary data processing and are subject to the principles in this notice.

Your rights and how to exercise them

Under applicable law, you may request access to or inspection of your information, a copy, supplementation or correction, cessation of collection, processing or use, and deletion. Where processing relies on consent, you may also withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing carried out before withdrawal.

Please use the contact email address you provided to email info@aichcare.com, describing the right you wish to exercise and the relevant inquiry. To avoid disclosing your information to someone else, we may reasonably verify your identity using the minimum necessary information. Requests are handled under applicable law; if a request cannot be fully met for legal reasons, we will explain why.

Your choice and the effect of not providing information

You may freely choose whether to provide information or submit the form. Fields marked * are needed to contact you, understand the project and confirm your consent for this inquiry. If required information is missing, insufficient or incorrect, we may be unable to accept, assess or respond to the inquiry. Optional information such as project scale may be left blank, and your choice does not affect access to the website's public content.

Technical records and data protection

This website does not add visitor analytics tools or advertising trackers. Hosting, form and email services may process IP addresses, browser information or technical records for delivery, operation, security and prevention of abuse. Their processing is also governed by their own policies.

Access to inquiry information should be limited to what is needed for the purposes above. The person collecting the information handles necessary access management and deletion under this notice and applicable law.

Updates to this notice

This page and its date will be updated if the operator, service providers or data processing arrangements change. New purposes will be notified separately, and any necessary consent will be obtained under applicable law. Updating the wording does not replace required consent.
